The terms that apply when you shop with 3DMA.
About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from 3DMA (3D Makers Australia) at 3dma.au. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Shipping
Orders ship from Sydney, Australia-wide. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@3dma.au and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund as required. Change-of-mind returns are handled as described on the Shipping & Returns page.
Accounts
Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to new orders.
