About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the 3D Makers Australia (3DMA) website or purchase products from us. 3DMA is operated by 3D Printing Marketplace Pty Ltd (ABN 33 695 731 643). Placing an order means you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We aim to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and pricing are accurate. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography and reasonable manufacturing variation.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and provide appropriate options, including a refund where applicable.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Payment can be made using the methods displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — including where a pricing, listing or stock error has occurred — and will refund you in full where payment has been taken.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, backorder or refund.

Volume discounts

Volume discounts apply automatically in the cart, based on the total number of rolls across your whole cart:

• 3–5 rolls — 3% off
• 6–9 rolls — 6% off
• 10–19 rolls — 10% off
• 20 rolls or more — 15% off

No code is required. Volume discounts do not apply to items already on sale and cannot be combined with discount codes. For larger quantities, or for recurring supply, see Bulk Orders.

Shipping

We currently deliver within Australia. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using live, postcode-based rates, based on the items in your cart, their weight and volume, and your delivery address, and are shown before you pay.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders. Eligibility depends on the order value, weight and volume and on your delivery postcode, and it is not available to every postcode. Express and priority services may be offered at an additional cost. Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.

Pre-orders

Where products are offered for pre-order they will be clearly identified, together with an estimated availability or dispatch timeframe. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, international freight, customs or other supply-chain circumstances. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If there is a significant delay, we will provide updated information and appropriate options.

Returns, faults and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@3dma.au and we will provide the appropriate remedy.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery where the product is unused, unopened, in intact original packaging and still factory sealed, with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Change of mind returns and warranty claims are handled as described in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.

Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Product use

Products should be used and stored in accordance with their intended purpose, instructions and recommended conditions. To the extent permitted by law, 3DMA is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification or failure to follow reasonable product instructions. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Website and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original 3DMA branding, graphics, photographs, written content and other intellectual property appearing on our website belong to 3DMA or are used under licence. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

Promotions, discounts and giveaways

Discount codes, sales, giveaways and other promotional offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the relevant promotion. Offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Eligibility requirements, promotional periods and other conditions may apply.

Website availability

We aim to keep our website and online services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or maintain parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this page and will apply to new orders as permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
