Who we are

3DMA (3D Makers Australia) operates the online store at 3dma.au, selling 3D printer filament and related products. For anything privacy-related, contact support@3dma.au.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history. If you join our mailing list we collect your email address.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, send service emails about your order and account, and — only if you have opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Cookies

The store uses cookies required for the cart and checkout to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the store — hosting, payment processing and delivery partners — and only what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information.

Access, correction and deletion

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@3dma.au.
